THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
The hall is maintained and run by the management committee.
The Management Committee is made up of representatives of local village organisations who appoint one member to represent them for one year (April 1st through to March 31st the following year).
At the 2006 AGM our constitution was amended (with the approval of the Charity Commission) to increase the number of places open to members of the public from 2 to 4, and these have all been filled.
There are currently 10 voting members on the committee.

Each of our regular clubs has been given the opportunity to have a representative present at our committee meetings so we can better help each other to get the best out of the hall.
MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC
Public
Members of the local community are given the opportunity to be represented as local users of Kennington Village Hall and our facilities during the committee meetings.
